The salesmen are ALL NEW. Even the General Manager. No one knows anything about Toyota. They lie about all the Options to add to your vehicle and try to get you to sign paperwork and purchase the vehicle before you see it. Once you have signed and the options are not what you wanted they tell you you are *** out of Luck as you bought the vehicle and theres nothing you can do about it. When you call Toyota they claim they have nothing to do with the dealers and again you are out of luck because a dealer lied to you.
