Complaint about Ground Staff named "Fi". She was very rude to us and thought she was better than everyone else. I tried to politely ask for her name but all she can say was her name was Fi. She said, going in front of the cue did not make a difference, of course it didn't I would have even given her 10 mins of my time, if only she was respectful and polite. But she was this arrogant of a person who thought she was better than anyone else.
