This is the worst property management co. you don't want to do business with. They lie and then try to cover their mistakes by making fraudulent documents. The owner and their "head" management personnel do not recognize their poor customer service. Basically, this company is filled with uneducated hateful people working with your finances. Owner has no clue on how to run a successful nor happy environment for its employees. Therefore, the employees take out their frustrations to the customer. Do not let them get ahold of your financies - they will spend, spend spend, with no concern whatsover to the homeowners that work very hard for that money - and this company just pockets as much as it can get it's dirty little hands on. Avoid using this company to manage your HOA or your condo.
