DID WHAT they told me I went to the sites looked bought sent the pictures and receipt they sent back the CONFIRMATION stating it looked great, and there was NO problem AND if there was any problems they WOULD contact me within the time. I never heard. If I bought the wrong air conditioner they should of stated it before I fully went through with it within 24 hours because I would not of paid $158.00 for it I thought I was getting $$40.00 back. they did not see a problem so I thought oh it is good. I stayed up till 2:30 am in the morning looking in a wheelchair from 9:30 pm so they should of sent something in the e mail or mail earlier but I did not get anything from them nothing we called a day ago and learned it was the wrong one. nice. I called them. no one said anything I did not get anything nothing. I was still waiting. nice. I should still get the rebate for it. seeing they never told me or said anything. just for that. they have all my things
