CCNOW payments not received, they do not answe

I have 5 ccnow draw emails that took my ccnow balance to $0.00 but none of those payments made it to my bank account. They never did a draw that zero's the account previously. They do not answer calls, voicemails, or emails. Obviously something is going very wrong there.
