Cc authorization

I don't have a complaint. I had gotten a E-mail from their sales rep to authorize my cc. Just wanted to verify that my vinyl order is good. Now I have no one to call and talk to. To find out about my order. User's recommendation: I don't know it's my first time ordering from them.
