Husband admitted for recovery after bypass surgery. They Left 1 bed rail down . He had restless leg syndrome. When I wasn’ There, he fell out of bed - broke open surgery, then one infection after another. Died. Terrible care. My loss will never leave me. Please be careful of your loved one and don’t be afraid to speak up of anything you fell is not right. I was so tired and put my hand on nurses arm - not knowing you cannot touch healthcare worker. Said I shook her(not true). Said I could only be with my husband 2 hrs a day. He was so sick by that time and didn’t want me to leave. Awful staff (not all). Management was heartless. I write this now - 1 yr. of his death 3-20-2019. All true. L Vaught
