Supplied Cattery Unit, needed extensive repairs/alterations to make it up to standard. Employed another joiner to do this. Found further faults with joinery. John Crisp very nasty, threating and unhelpful.Roofing felt not fitted correctly, rainwater soaking plywood floor, windows not secured on outside, no framework fitted at floor level, insufficient supports on run walls. Joinery work to assemble Unit very poor, Unit also wrong size, Overlong Screws sticking out on inside of run, dangerous for the cats, corners not sealed with silicon, work well below standard. Referred to Trading Standards, and have a Full Report on the work needed to bring this unit up to a reasonable standard.Be Warned, think twice before using this firm....
