Our company hosted a holiday party and we ordered for 12 offices from different honey baked hams. I was asked to put my card info in while placing the order but I got bombarded with phone calls the morning of the day of the event asking me for card information. THEN 1 location was 30 minutes late (cumberland), another was TWO HOURS LATE (peachtree city), and another one NEVER SHOWED UP (lawrenceville) Nobody bothered to call and inform us. I had to contact them and when I did they acted like they did not know what my order was and kept placing me on hold in the middle of our holiday meeting. I ordered these platters days in advance. We are a healthcare company and blocked specific times with planned delivery to not see patients so our employees could eat. The food did not get there in time so they missed lunch to take care of patients. When I tried calling to see where the food was in Lawrenceville, the phone was ringing for 23 minutes before anyone answered the phone. We ordered from you all last year and you were late then too. This is unacceptable and we will never plan a catering event with you all again since you cannot treat your customers with enough respect to let them know you are running late. I understand this is a busy season for you all. But this is the worst service, from the ordering process, delivery and post delivery.
