1. Paper not received. 2. Call to report this. Told it will be delivered by 10:00 3. No paper at 10:00. Call to report. 4. Told must report missing paper before 9:30 User's recommendation: Get a job delivering the Columbus Dispatch. Apparently you do not actually have to do anythling.

》 NO PAPER, but a thank you card from carrier. I’d rather have the paper that’s we PAY FOR
