After being intimidated by Pinnacle Rep into signing contract with in 6 months I received bill from Castle Rock stating they were now my security providers. System never worked properly so at the end of year contract I tried to cancel with Castle Rock was told I had to wait another year. Yesterday, 10/15/2010, I called Castle Rock and was told I should have called 08/01/2010 because the contract automatically renewed since I didn't contact them. I tried to explain that I was not told about automatic renewal. Does not matter. I will contact BBB and Indiana Attorney General to complain. I also requested copy of contract from Castle Rock since I do not have one. We'll see......
