On May 12th I always shop at Smith's. I'm very disappointed in the older cashiers. They have no personality. They never say hello or how are you. Even a thank you would be nice. They act like since they are union they can do what they want. I went to a line and the cashier said go to line 7. I said no one was there but she didn't care as she wanted to close her line. The bagger was asked to get 2 cases of water and acted like it was the end of the world. Your front people need to at least act like they want to be there and pull the stick out of there was.
