My wife has a Costco card with me as an associate member also with me as a associate member on capital one card with my wife being main card holder. When we receive a cheque from Costco/capital one, it’s only in my wife’s name. Even if she signs it or gives me written approval to cash it at Costco, they won’t accept it. Why can’t u put such cheque in a AND/OR both names so either one of us can use it in Costco. We were in Medicine Hat Costco today and asked cashier if I could cash it if my wife ( main card holder ) not there. She ( cashier ) didn’t no so called a manager over and she got quite pissy about it even when cashier said that they are married. Response was “ that’s the rules & I can’t help you “ and walked away. I travel to Costco more than my wife so hopefully you can come up with a solution to this. Thank u and be waiting to hear back.
