Please refer to the attachment of BRIcare Trouble Ticket Report TTB000002727691 and I confirm that I have tried to withdrew a sum of IDR 2, 00, 000 (Rs.985.53 - INR) in one of your Banks ATM at Discovery Mall, Kuta, Bali on 18 July 2019 arount 7.30 pm and cash was not dispensed but the amount has been debited in my account. And the same has been complained at Bank BRI Kanca Kuta, Bali. So far I have not received any response nor the amount has been reversed.
