sir, My name is saraswathi. i have purchased IFB washing machine SENATOR 6 KG which is out of warranty. Its not working properly so we have given a complaint by mail. after few days your person Mr Rama krishna (technician) and Suman came to repair, but they failed and then they have taken away the machine inner parts(beraing, drum) to repair at karimnagar 2months ago not yet returned.
