NoneNone 10/9 I rented a car that should not have been on the road. Called immediately and was told to return it but did not have the time to return to the airport as I had to get to my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner. Didn't realize there was an issue until we got on the highway. Speed over 60 the car shook n vibrated terribly. Could not have a conversation with anyone. Stopped on hwy to checked tires n they were nearly bald. Cust service tried to get me another car at my destination but there was nothing closer than an hour or so away. We arrived at our destination n this rental car sat while we were chauffeured around all weekend. I have no problem to pay for a day but not this full bill. I can call the credit card company and pay nothing but I am willing to pay for a day as I drove it. I am trying to be fair. I have spoken to cust serve reps n managers but nothing is getting rectified. Please help solve this situation! Ty 845-800-**** User's recommendation: None at this point.
