Last month, I received a water testing kit in my mail. I sent it in and got a call a few days later. He did come out to my house to do some more testing and they also told me they were with the city. When they showed up, I discovered they were with the city. The man that came in was very nice, his name is Mark and last started with K. He pressured me into spending $9000 on an overpriced water softener. That was the biggest mistake I've ever made. I called the company the day after they installed it and told them I couldn't tell a difference in the water they told me to wait a week or two until It had the time to get everything out of my pipes. What they were really doing is making me wait until the three day cancellation period was over. I called back two weeks later and spoke to the sales manager, Scott. He was very rude and told me it was nothing like you do, that the system is working and that I couldn't cancel now because the three day cancellation time had passed. When I told him I wasn't going to pay for it, he said that the finance company would run my credit. This is been a horrible experience, the salesman lied to me, the company lied to me, and now I'm out $9000. STAY AWAY FROM THESE CROOKS
