Update by user Sep 13, 2018 Carhop called and set up lower payments... Felt fine at first then I was forced to remember hey still walking everywhere. Hey I've still already paid more than half on a vehicle not worth 1% of what I'm being charged. They tried to help but it wasn't much help afterall. Should be time served. Lol. The van is worth almost 1% of what I've paid so far. So I've already paid well over how much the actual van is worth. This is frustrating. I can't be on foot and afording payments on something not even worth it. I've paid beyond it's worth. What else can be done? Nothing obviously because there's that contract you gotta pay no matter what. Ugh. Original review posted by user Aug 14, 2018 The staff in the carhop location in Sacramento are amazing and so helpful. However the business ultimately, which is out of the employee's hands, is bs. The warrenty offered is very picky and doesn't last. The vehicles are prices well beyond what they're worth. My van was an amazing gift. However nothing hardly worked. No radio all check lights on etcetera. The warranty didn't do anything for fixing this because we'll it's a pain to even get approved. So next best thing is i went for assistance by the state but because I'm paying so much and the blue book on the van is only $800 i cannot be helped. They won't waste funds on vehicles not worth the work. So here i am with a worthless van not even worth 1% of what has been paid out of the $11000 plus. I have roughly 3000$ left to pay on a junker and financial managers are a joke. There's no solving issues just well pay your bill. Carhop is a scam. Avoid them at all cost. They're buying in bulk at auctions and selling for way way high. Carhop is a business making it big from scaming the poor.
