I send my cargo on 27 september 2020 through air cargo. And they said will receive this by 15-20 days. But received it by 22 november 2020. We constantly used to contact them and their reply was the clearance hasn't been done yet. I think they have transported this through sea cargo and charged air cargo payment. The carton itself was damaged, had a big hole in it. So many items were damaged inside. Very bad service. Completely dissatisfied.
