Carfax is stealing money monthly from my bank account apparently because I tried to get information on one vehicle and mistakenly clicked something that signed me up for paying a monthly fee (a membership?). I am 88 years old and have one nearly new car which will last for the rest of my life. I have no need for the services of Carfax. I have emailed their "customer service" to reverse this situation and they issued me the "reference number" 0870****, but this has not solved this problem. I do not find a phone number on their website, so at this point I feel tricked into their monthly withdrawal of money from my bank account.
