Careful what you purchase

I purchased a nespresso machine for my mom and when we opened it noticed the coffee pods were missing! I contacted customer service and the clerk Dashante was condescending and rude to me! Offered a $15.00 credit &;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;; ran me off the phone!!! Disgusting!!!
