Care Credit are thieves

Care Credit gave me an increase in 2017 that was the last I have used there services so today Aug. 2018 I look at my account I Care Credit decreased my increase they gave me I pay my bill every month they say because my credit score dropped that fine but who do they think they are They are a bunch of thieves but it should not surprise me most Banks are never will I refer anyone to Care Credit.
