Card wcard is locked been trying 2 days they won’t answer phoneon’t work

I have tried 2 days around the clock probably 100 times thee will not answer.They will not give me any way to talk to them. Online will not help my issue I'm been sick and they have stressed me out to a bad point!!!!! User's recommendation: No don't use direct express.
