I was given a fraudulent contract by the bank representative. I spoke to Bernard Cooks on Aug 21, 2019 requesting the copy of the signed contract, however he only provided me with a filled PDF form. I explained that this is not the contract "Alex" gave me and this was not the terms I agreed on. Since February i've requested for the account to be closed along with the return address to send the terminal. Alex would never answer and and would say that he was going to fix it. I didn't' want to do business with him/this company since Feb 2019. Now in Oct 2019, i'm getting a noticed that I'm being sent to collections. Alex, made sure I didn't get anything directly and put his email address in my profile with the bank. I discussed his issue with Bernard. Instead for assisting me, the customer, I was sent to collections... I still didn't get returning address for their device. This North American Bancard is an absolute scam!
