Card inactive

I changed my address late October for this supposedly the system locked my card up. I was told I needed to send verification of my identity. As of today Dec 17 I have sent a total of 5 faxes to the company for each fax I was told to expect 5 business days for processing each time they receive the fax they say it's illegible I've sent using 2 different faxing options and still my card is inactive, I've spoken with at least 12 service reps and 5 supervisors and my problem is still not fixed it has been very frustrating. I'm unable to pay my bills or shop for my daughter for Christmas. Please help!!!!! User's recommendation: Set up direct deposit otherwise not reliacard.
