Card/Account theft issue

My boyfriends mother stole his card and changed all of his account information without his knowledge and we couldnt persuade her into giving/changing it back. We called Jackson hewitts customer support line and they would not by any means help him with retrieving his account info, which was needed for proof of her using his card when he was away in a facility, to file a police report on the theft. They are absolutely ridiculous! We are talking over $1,800.00 worth of money stolen and used and not a thing we can do about it because of them! User's recommendation: STRONGLY ADVISE YOU TONUSE ANOTHER COMPANY!
