I made the wrong decision by going to this small business for window tinting because I was trying to save $20. The quality of work was very poor. The tints did not dry and were bubbling...especially on the rear window on my car. When I went back 2 weeks later to have the rear window redone the guy at Car Teks tried to make it seem like it was my fault the tints were bubbling. After an unpleasant conversation and poor customer service he did not schedule me for an appointment. I called back later that week and he scheduled me on the phone. They open at 9 and when I went in I waited till 9:30 and nobody showed up. I called back later around 11 and the guy said he had overslept....VERY UNPROFESSIONAL to blow off a customer appointment like that. He redid the rear window but damaged the defroster lines on it and left my back seats a mess with all the adhesive. After he redid the bubbling still showed up in other spots about 1 inch in diameter. Broadway auto glass is about the same price as these guys but have been doing tints forever and are very professional. Don't cheap out like I did and try to go with these guys. It is definitely worth the extra 20 bucks to go to Broadway.
