Most frustrating experience involving shipping my vehicle from Honolulu to Central Coast California. I paid for door to door shipping. They took my car, I paid and months later, no car. I figured it would arrive one day in my driveway. It never did. I received a phone call a few days ago from the Long Beach port agent telling me that my car has been there for over a month. I was accruing daily fines. No one had contacted me at any point to let me know that my vehicle was sitting in storage. At the time of this writing the fees total over $600. RYAN ALEXANDER is the agent who admittedly made the error. But when confronted he tells me that it's not his problem and to go deal with my car. This company is staffed by incompetent liars who fleece their customers. Reading the enormity of one star reviews online further validates my claim.
