I made a reservation for a car through carrentals.com - they quoted EZ Car - for the exact same price two different categories of car - (1) camry or equivalent large (2) supplier choice - compact or larger. I was looking for a large car and selected the first but it still gave me the second - now i am left with paying for a large car and instead will get a compact. The phone number in the reservation confirmation for EZcar nobody answers - i looked up ezcar website and they gave me a number for carrentals.com which turned out to be Hotwire instead. Worst experience ever - I will not use carrentals.com as they have ZERO customer service. No way to reach them - buy at your own risk and hope you will get a car when you arrive at your airport destination.
