Car-net

I purchased a 2020 Passat and car net was not installed due to program issues and that it will be available soon, this was back in June 2020 can I get a firm date when this will be resolved,I truly rely on car net as my family and I do most of our vacationing on road trips, any help would be appreciated Thanking you Anthony Coladonato
