Car keys request

1

I called Minutekey on Aug 23, 2019 around 10am and a man called to give me the quote of $265 for one remote key and another standard key. I agreed with the quote, but the guy with the name, Omer came and cut 3 standard keys and gave that to my son because I was not available. We also paid him $265 at the time of service. I called him back why he did not give me the remote key as quoted. He said, I have to pay another $27 for the remote key. I told him "NO" because that was not the quote, he gave me and we agreed to. He said, he needed to call his company first. He did not response, but after several calls and texts he told me he had a remote key and he would call me within 20 minutes when he gets to St. Paul area. He never got back to me either. I called and texted him. He said, the remote key he had would not work for my vehicle. He would order the correct one and it would take a few days. After more than a week, I still have yet to hear from them. On 9-4-2019 at 4pm, I decided to call the 800-539-**** and spoke with someone name Aisha. She verified the number I called from. She told me someone will call me as soon as this info is in their system. I keep my finger cross and hope someone will response to my request. I could not believe it for such great company name (LockSmith) would have such poor services or even scammed. $265 is not much but fair service is matter to me and the community. I will wait to see first if I have any positive response. Otherwise, further steps will be necessary to prevent such scam from happening to many vulnerable individual out there in our community. At around 4:30pm, Oh boy! a gal name Pashawn and a guy returned as I requested for another key service with another quote of $200. Frustrated, but I explained it to them again about the unfinished business they provided. At 4:45pm, I called back and spoke to another gal name Oslyn and I asked if she is from local, MN, but she said they are not allowed to share where they are. It sounds a real "scam" to me now "MINUTEKEY and LockSmith". Anyway, she said someone will give me a call again in 5 minutes to explain me the process and how to get what they promised me. Still keep my finger cross! Email: qaudaum@***.com
