Car Key Express doesn’t do anything expressly!

Our sons girlfriend recently bought a car cheap without a remote. The remote (bob) needed to be purchased, but they did show her how to run the car without it. She was told they couldn't find even the bob she needed. The car eventually shut down and won't restart now without the bob. We called a couple Nissans and all said the car was no longer in their system. They said they use Car Key Express, who have companies county wide, and they should be able to help us. On Saturday morning my husband called and got a voice message asking for name and number saying they would get back to him. An hour later I also sent an e-mail to the help center on their web page. On Monday morning my husband recalled stating he would like to speak to someone about his disappointment in the company. They finally called back after noon and said "we don't work Saturday's and if you had called my number I would have told you that". He also explained that they only work for dealerships, not personal people. My husband explained that a dealership gave him their name in hopes of helping us, he said they were wrong and got angry at us. Rechecked web page, it says they work for dealers, but does not say they won't work with people not associated with a dealership.
