Accident on Dec 8th by Infinity customer. Reported claim on 8th. Jonathan from Infinity called once and vanished ever since. Can’t be reached by phone. Adjustor Roy was assigned. Never visited nor reachable by phone. Car still sitting in my lot to be repaired. No call center or customer service. This is a fake company. Take them to court as soon as you get hit by Infinity Insurance customer.
