Road Runner Auto Sales is nothing but a fraudulent used car dealer. ALL of the vehicles offered for sale there are salvage title, bogus smog check, odometer roll back. They provide fake repair records from other vehicles and the services listed were never rendered on the subject vehicle. Jose Villegas is being investigated by the police for these practices. Apparently in another case, he confessed to all of this and was audio/video recorded. Luis Tenorio is a scam also. Harold Van *** (951-775-****) has confessed that all of this is true. Their website reads hablamos espanol but they only do that to try to take advantage of Spanish speakers. One was smart enough because she charges the clubhouse she cleans $165/hour for rental cleanup when the regular janitor only gets $15/hours and she reported this company after she got suspicious about being bait and switched to a front wheel drive car, which we all know is only what stupid people drive.
