We purchased in cape verde on Sal 2008.In May 2009 were told to attend a meeting .To be told we had lost our money .Sum total of 43, 000 euro.The MRI then suggested that we could roll the moneyover onto another property in Bulgaria meaning they would discount the Bulgarian property by 43, 000 euros. informing us that there was only 4 one bedroomed apartments left and would be gone by the end of the day.iWhich at the time seemed like a good idea to save losing the money paying a resevation fee of 6, 000 euros.We returned home after doing research and talking to a solictor realized we had made a mistake and been conned by the MRI as we are still in a contract with the Cape verde builder and should not have been pressurised into doing this.We asked the MRI for our reservation fee back but they have refused
