CanvasDezign charged my account without product or answers

I ordered a canvas print online from CanvasDezign (http://www.canvasdezign.co.uk/) made from a photograph I had uploaded and edited myself. Upon placing my order I then contacted a sales representative via e-mail to ensure there would be no difficulty with shipping to my P.O. Box (APO) address... I was guaranteed no problem. However, a few days later this same sales representative, apparently ignorant to the e-mail that I had just previously sent him, e-mailed me again asking if I knew why his post offices (in the UK) weren't able to recognize my address. Okay, so here we go again.. I had to explain that although I live in Germany, I have an APO address that uses a zip code from the USA. Once the EXPECTED arrival date came and went (this was a gift purchased for Father's Day), I again contacted this representative and was THEN informed that my package indeed had not been shipped yet because of continued issues at the post office. He told me that they were trying to send my package to America. I responded that they can send it wherever the address directs them to send it, and it will be routed to me. Another week goes by and no package, no e-mails. I wrote this sales representative FIVE times over the course of a few weeks WITHOUT ANY RESPONSE at all... at this point I was livid because my credit card account had already been charged for this purchase that was not in my possession, nor did I know if I would ever receive it. It took me threatening this company to call my credit card and demand a refund for me to finally get an e-mail in response, which only said, "It has been shipped now." That's it!?? I demanded details - when was it shipped, what type of postage (priority?), what is the expected due date? And again... I never received a response. When I did finally receive this package, the quality of the print was also very disappointing. What was supposed to be a black and white print has a green tint all over it. I will never, ever, ever use this company again and I will also continue to spread the word over the internet about how horrible their business is ran to warn other potential buyers.
