I have a coupon for a free canvas and was told that I didn’t have the option to have it shipped to the store for free instead I needed to pay to have it shipped to my house which I have never done before then to fix the problem they charged me for a more expensive package than I ordered because that was what they could do because I didn’t want to pay for my free canvas and tried to cancel. I am extremely unsatisfied with the service I received today why offer something free and then force me to pay a shipping fee even though I do not need it in time for Christmas.
