Cant watch my channel

I keep getting told there are too many people on my site. I am the only one on there. The only one in whole house watches this channel on my tv in my room. If you can not personally fix this problem I will be forced to cancel my subscription. And I'd really hate to do that. But I'm not going to continue paying for a service I cant use
