Can’t understand a *** word from anyone at costumer serv

Can no longer use their product to stream from my samsung galaxy note 5. They claim that it is due to an update in 2015. Funny...just streamed something 3 months ago. 5 hours on the phone yesterday with them, verizon, samsung. Call customer service and cant understand anything they say, and they cant understand anything that im saying. When you ask them a question, they keep repeating the same thing. They keep giving me a number to call, and its the same number that i am already talking to them on. When you ask them a question, they cant answer it, because they have a script!
