Can’t seem to send me the correct parts

On a recent order for horizontal blinds, they sent me incorrect mounting hardware. I contacted customer support. One week later, the replacement parts arrived. Once again, they sent me the wrong mounting hardware for my horizontal blinds. The vertical blind mounting brackets they sent me twice are not the correct part and are insufficient to hold the weight of a 78" set of horizontal blinds. I do not wish to attempt using these inadequate parts as it may damage the blinds. The correct parts are clearly shown on the third and fourth pictures of their parts page at https://www.selectblinds.com/tech-tips/window-covering-parts.html , not the mounting brackets for verticals shown further down the page under 'verticals'.
