Can’t restore all files

Upon restore of 292GB of data, the process created a folder called "Restore Filepath Too Long" where it placed > 10,000 files. They claim this is a Windows limitation (256 limit path / file length). That said, I'm able to SEE the full path name in the Carbonite Repository... so why can't I at least get a LISTING with this information so I know where those 10,000 files go? They can't answer that question (other than, customers don't really have this problem and you should be able to simply move those back into their original folder). What??!! The other thing is; Why was GitHub able to restore files in their original locations when Carbonite couldn't? Again, no answer. Disappointed, to say the least. Likely to find a better answer from a competitor.
