CAN’T REPAIR WHAT THEY SELL AND CAN’T SHIP IT BACK TO WHERE IT BELONGS

SENT THE DRONZ THAT WAS PURCHASED FROM THIS COMPANY IN FOR A REPAIR TO THE CAMERA. WAITED TO HEAR FROM THEM , had to call them some one said it was unrepairable thats bull. BEFORE I EVER PURCHASED I ASK SEVERAL QUESTION ABOUT THIER COMPANY THE MAIN QUESTION WAS DO YOU HAVE A ONSITE TECK SERVICE DEPT. OK YES WAS THE ANSWER, THATS BULL TOO!!!!!! I TOLD THEM THAT I WAS NOT BUYING A NEW CAMERA AND TO RETURN THE DRONZ TO ME. WELL THATS WHEN THE CRAP HIT THE FAN WITH ME, MY ALMOST $2000.00 ITEM WAS SHIPPED TO SOMEONE ONE IN DOUGLASVILLE GA. SO I CALLED THIS COMPANY AGAIN AND ASKED WHERE MY TYPHOON H PRO WAS AND SOME ONE SAID THEY DID NOT KNOW IT WAS SHIPED OUT WELL THE SOME ONE OR SOMETHIG FOUND OUT IT WAS SENT TO SOME ONE ELSE IN DOUGLASVILLE GA AND I HAVE PICTURES TO SHOW THE SHIPPING LABELS THAT THE SOMEONE WITH CAROLINA DRONZ SENT IT TO THE WRONG ADDRESS YOU KNOW NOW THAT THEY CAN'T REPAIR OR SHIP TO THE RIGHT OWNER.......RIGHT OUT OF THE BOX WITH THIS DRONZ IS WHERE THE PROBLEMS STARTED, IT WOULD NOT BIND THE CAMERA TO THE GROUND STATION AFTER A LOT OF UNSUCCESSFUL ATTEMPT I CALLED CAROLINA DRONZ THEY SAID FOR ME TO COME SEE THEM AND MADE ME A APPOINTMENT FOR1;00PM WITH THE TECK DEPT. OK SO I DROVE 145 MILES TO ANDERSON S.C. WHEN I FINALLY FOUND CAROLINA DRONZ IN A MINI WEARHOUSE STRIP MALL SET UP. NO ONE WOULD ANSWER THE DOOR WHEN I KNOCKED ON IT.so i called carolina dronz on the phone WELL FINALLY GOT SOME ONE TO OPEN THE DOOR AND SHE SAID SHE DID NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THE APPOINTMENT THAT I HAD WELL THAT PISSED ME OFF TO, ANY WAY SHE SAID SHE WOULD SEE IF SHE COULD GET IT WORKING WELL AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPT SHE WAS FINALLY ABLE TO GET IT GOING..... DROVE BACK HOME AND HAD A VERY BAD FEELING THAT I HAD JUST MADE A ALMOST $2000.00 MISTAKE IN DOING BUSINESS WITH CAROLINA DRONZ. I WAS GOING TO TRY MY TYPHOON OUT AND THAT IS WHEN ONE OF THE ROTORMOTORS BROKE. OK SENT IT BACK TO CAROLINA DRONZ FOR REPAIRS AS I EXCEPTED NO WARRANTY COVERAGE . AT LEAST THIS TIME THEY DID HAVE ENOUGH INTELLIGENCE TO SEND IT BACK TO ME NOT SOMEBODY IN A COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TOWN. I HAVE READ ALOT OF REVEIWS ON CAROLINA DRONZ AND I BELIEVE THAT IF THE TRUTH BE KNOWN THAT THET WERE POSTED BY franks family members. I received several emails from carolina dronz with apology for the stupid shipping of my dronz. apology are nothing more than sorry excuses and TOTAL LACK OF CONCERN FOR THE CUSTOMERS. WELL YOU CAN BET I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH CAROLINA DRONZ BUT I WOULD LIKE TO LET ALL Know THAT IF YOU WANT TO GET SCREW OVER ALL YOU NEED TO DO IS LET CAROLINA DRONZ GET YOU HARD EARNED MONEY THEN YOU WILL SEE WHAT A BIG MISTAKE THAT YOU HAVE MADE. SO LET THE TRUTH PREVAIL!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY S U C K S. SO LET THE FUTURE CUSTOMERS BE READY FOR A RIP OFF AND A COMPLETE SCREWING WHEN YOU DEAL WITH carolina dronz.................
