Cant regustered my machine and cant get 100 free designs, warranty and $25 dlr

I just bought my cameo 4 and when try to register my machine it says its already registered but not by me!!!! And I already try several times and it's the same response. I can't get my warranty I can't get my 100 designs and cant get my $25 DLR to spend on designs.
