Put a deposit on a home , changed our mind to go on site builder , we had to file for our deposit refund we did so 9//17/2020 told we would have check in two weeks ! Not , didn't have our refund or a reason why we didn't, called customer service and we have a problem with our system and don't know why or when it will be fixed, called a VP and nothing can be done until system fixed . 10/3/2020 still waiting for our refund ! No communication, very unprofessional! User's recommendation: Absolutely not.
