Can’t received stock

After taking the goods, the girl who dispatched the goods couldn't find my goods, but said that the goods were not put in until it was really ready bad and angry cos I come for far place to collect finally can't receive my thing's need arrange again ? Why got this service? No responsible no attitude very bad experience. No again I will order again User's recommendation: no recommend.
