Ordered 2 chairs from them in July 2018, shortly after sending payment, I received an email stating that my shipment was damaged and I can receive credit on another item, but still today March 2019, have not heard anything from them nor have I received a refund. I call once a week and no one will answer the phone, it is a prerecorded message that they are busy and will call me back. NOT! Total waste of time
