Can’t reach them – no one to talk to

I needed a very minor detail with regard to my insurance and I could not get in touch with anyone. I called 3x, and was on hold for more than 40 minutes each time. I just can't spend that kind of time. And their online "chat" is a joke. It's clearly not operated by an actual human, it's automated. User's recommendation: I don't really have one as my issue remains unresolved.
