To whom it may concern at 47st photo,, I have been trying to reach customer service to find out how to return a defective item but no one answers the phone. The device doest not rotate counter clockwise with my Nikon D610. It does not tilt up or down. It fits loosely on my tripod. I would like to return it and get a refund on my American Express card.
