Can’t provide evidence that the goods be returned to sender

The goods have not been delivered and SF express can't provide evidence from the sender as the goods have been returned The signature presented as "fraud" and the signature from the sender to prove the goods have been returned. I made numerous calls to the SF customer service and promised someone will call me, but never received any calls See the attached
