Can’t login to my account and not receiving password reset emails

For 2-3 days last week every time I tried to take a picture/scan my receipts, a pop-up kept appearing saying they werent able to process that action and to try again later. I tried for several days (with no success), then all of a sudden I was logged out of my account....
